Monica has more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer, having advised clients in a wide range of corporate transactions. She has successfully led the preparation and negotiation of credit restructuring contracts, bank loans, asset purchases and mergers, asset securitization operations, as well as advised and participated in bankruptcy proceedings.

Monica has a master's degree in law and studies in corporate finance and compliance and confidentiality, as well as training on issues of good corporate governance. She is admitted to practice as a lawyer by the Lima Bar Association and the New York Bar.

She has experience as a director. Since July 2019, he has been a member of the board of directors of an American school in Lima.
